918kiss Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and rules governing the use of the 918kiss platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any service on this platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 918kiss platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must refrain from using this platform.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice. Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 918kiss will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own failure to safeguard your login information. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, please contact our support team immediately.
User Responsibilities
- You may not use the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law or the laws of the country in which you are located.
- You are not permitted to use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to access or manipulate the platform.
- You may not share your account with any other party or allow anyone else to access or use your account.
- Any attempt to cheat, manipulate the system, or exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
3. Payment Information, Deposits & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the 918kiss platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). By using our platform, you agree that all deposits are strictly for use within the platform and may not be transferred to any third party.
Deposit
Deposits can be made using supported local payment methods including FPX, TNG eWallet, DuitNow QR, and GrabPay. All deposits are subject to the minimum limits set by the platform and may vary by payment method. 918kiss is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals will be processed to the same account or digital wallet used for the deposit, subject to the applicable minimum limits and conditions. The platform reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Suspicious withdrawals or those linked to fraudulent activity will be delayed or rejected without notice.
Unauthorised Transactions
If you notice any unrecognised transactions in your account, you are required to report them to the 918kiss support team within 24 hours of the transaction occurring. Failure to report within this timeframe may affect our ability to investigate and resolve the matter.
4. Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Platform Liability Limits
918kiss makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be error-free, or be free from viruses or other harmful code. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of funds or data.
Account Suspension & Closure
918kiss reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if the user is found to have breached any provision of these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason deemed reasonable by the platform management. Funds remaining in a suspended account will be frozen pending the outcome of any investigation. Accounts closed due to a breach of terms are not eligible for a refund.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 918kiss platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations — is the property of 918kiss or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, display, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 918kiss.
